Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 package (6 oz) Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine chicken broth and cream of chicken soup. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Add the shredded chicken and frozen mixed vegetables to the saucepan.
  3. Stir in the Stove Top stuffing mix until everything is combined.
  4. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
