- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 package (6 oz) Stove Top stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup mixed vegetables, frozen
- 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine chicken broth and cream of chicken soup. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the shredded chicken and frozen mixed vegetables to the saucepan.
- Stir in the Stove Top stuffing mix until everything is combined.
- Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- You can use leftover turkey instead of chicken.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
