Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
  2. Add water and oil; knead to form a dough.
  3. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, combine ground chicken, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, and black pepper.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  6. Place a spoonful of chicken mixture on each circle.
  7. Fold and seal the dumplings.
  8. Steam dumplings for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  9. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
