- 1 cup black beans, drained

- 1 avocado, sliced
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and fajita seasoning. Cook until chicken is browned.
- Add bell pepper and onion. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
- In a bowl, layer rice, black beans, corn, and chicken mixture.
- Top with avocado and cilantro.
