- 4 sandwich rolls
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken, bell pepper, and onion.
- Sprinkle fajita seasoning over the mixture.
- Cook until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
- Toast sandwich rolls.
- Layer chicken mixture on rolls.
- Add lettuce, cheese, and salsa.
- Top with the other half of the roll and serve.

- Feel free to add avocado or sour cream.
- Use whole wheat rolls for a healthier option.
