- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken in the skillet until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, then serve.
