Chicken Fried Rice Blackstone: 7 Steps to Pure Bliss

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup chicken fillet, diced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
  2. Add sesame oil and diced chicken. Cook until chicken is browned.
  3. Push the chicken to one side and add mixed vegetables. Cook until tender.
  4. Pour beaten eggs on the griddle and scramble until cooked.
  5. Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Mix everything together.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in chopped green onions.
  7. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.

Notes

  • Use day-old rice for best texture.
  • Adjust soy sauce quantity to taste.
