Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Push garlic to the side and pour in beaten eggs, scrambling until fully cooked.
  4. Add cooked chicken, peas, and carrots. Stir well.
  5. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Mix everything together.
  6. Stir in green onions and cook for 2 more minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
