- 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and buttermilk together.
- Dip each chicken piece into the wet mixture, then coat in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 15 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot.
