- 1 pound chicken fillet, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pita bread
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or pan-cook the chicken until fully cooked.
- Warm the pita bread in a skillet.
- Place grilled chicken in the pita bread.
- Add lettuce, tomato, and cucumber on top of the chicken.
- Drizzle tzatziki sauce over the filling.
- Fold the pita and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- Serve with extra tzatziki on the side.
- You can substitute chicken with lamb or beef.
