Ingredients

  • 500g chicken fillet, boneless, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 parathas or wraps
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add marinated chicken and cook until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  4. While cooking, warm the parathas on another pan.
  5. Place cooked chicken on each paratha.
  6. Add onion, tomato, and coriander leaves on top.
  7. Roll the paratha tightly around the filling.
  8. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.

  • You can adjust the spice level to your preference.
