Instructions
- Pound the chicken fillets to an even thickness.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with panko.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry chicken until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Slice and serve with tonkatsu sauce.
