Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, yogurt, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill chicken skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.

- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Adjust spices to your taste preference.
- Serve with tzatziki or hummus for extra flavor.
