Ingredients

- 500g chicken fillet, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup yogurt sauce
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Warm tortillas on the grill for 1 minute.
- Place lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and cooked chicken on each tortilla.
- Drizzle with yogurt sauce.
- Wrap tightly and serve.
Notes
- Adjust spice levels to your taste.
- Substitute yogurt sauce with hummus for a different flavor.
- Can add other vegetables as desired.
