- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and shape the mixture into small meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the meatballs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
- In another bowl, mix yogurt, minced garlic, and lemon juice to make the sauce.
- Serve the kofta with garlic yogurt sauce on the side.
