Chicken Lettuce Wraps: 5 Steps to a Healthy Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, bell peppers, and carrots.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  7. Serve the chicken mixture in lettuce leaves.
  8. Garnish with green onions.
