Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
  6. Add mushrooms to the pan and sauté until soft.
  7. Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth; bring to a simmer.
  8. Return chicken to the pan and cook until fully cooked through.
  9. Stir in butter until melted and sauce is smooth.
