Instructions

  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
  5. Add turmeric, red chili powder, and salt; mix well.
  6. Add chicken pieces and cook until they are browned.
  7. Add garam masala and stir to combine.
  8. Add a little water, cover, and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
  9. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
