Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup quinoa

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub chicken fillets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. While the chicken bakes, cook quinoa according to package instructions.
  5. Steam broccoli until tender.
  6. Once chicken is cooked, slice and serve with quinoa and broccoli.
