Ingredients

- 4 chicken fillets
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken fillets and cook until browned on both sides.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add onion and apples to the skillet. Sauté until soft.
- Stir in heavy cream and thyme.
- Return chicken to the skillet. Simmer until chicken is cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.

- Serve with rice or crusty bread.
- Use tart apples for best flavor.
