Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in flour mixture, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place chicken nuggets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. In another bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread potato wedges on a separate baking tray.
  7. Bake chicken nuggets and wedges for 20-25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
