Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried herbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces in flour mixture, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place chicken nuggets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- In another bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potato wedges on a separate baking tray.
- Bake chicken nuggets and wedges for 20-25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- For a spicier flavor, add chili powder to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
- Feel free to substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
