- 1/2 cup peanut sauce
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 head of butter lettuce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground chicken, garlic, and ginger. Cook until chicken is browned.
- Stir in peanut sauce and soy sauce.
- Add carrots and bell pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in green onions.
- Serve chicken mixture in lettuce leaves.
