Chicken Pesto Sandwich: 7 Flavors That Will Delight You

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 grilled chicken fillet
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • 1 slice of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken fillet until fully cooked.
  2. Spread pesto on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer the grilled chicken on one slice of bread.
  4. Add mozzarella cheese and fresh spinach on top of the chicken.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, pesto side down.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Cook the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
