Chicken Pineapple Sandwich: 7 Flavorful Reasons to Enjoy

Ingredients

  • 1 grilled chicken fillet
  • 1 slice of fresh pineapple
  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 leaf of lettuce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken fillet until fully cooked.
  2. Toast the bread slices lightly.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  4. Place the grilled chicken on one slice of bread.
  5. Add the pineapple slice on top of the chicken.
  6. Add lettuce on top of the pineapple.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  9. Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
