Ingredients
Scale
- 1 grilled chicken fillet
- 1 slice of fresh pineapple
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 leaf of lettuce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grill the chicken fillet until fully cooked.
- Toast the bread slices lightly.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place the grilled chicken on one slice of bread.
- Add the pineapple slice on top of the chicken.
- Add lettuce on top of the pineapple.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
Notes
- You can add cheese for extra flavor.
- Serve with chips or a side salad.
