- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons Piri Piri sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken with Piri Piri sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add sliced bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the bowl and toss to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking tray.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less Piri Piri sauce.
- Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.
