Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

- 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and celery. Cook until tender.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth and milk. Stir until thickened.
- Mix in chicken and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
