- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
- Brown the chicken in the skillet for 5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Pour ranch dressing over the chicken.
- Top with shredded cheese and tomatoes.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.

- Serve with a side salad.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Adjust the amount of ranch dressing to your preference.
