Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken fillets

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  4. Fry chicken in oil until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Toast the bread slices.
  6. Spread ranch dressing on each slice of bread.
  7. Add shredded lettuce and tomato slices.
  8. Place the fried chicken on top and close the sandwich.
  9. Cut in half and serve.
