- 2 boneless chicken fillets
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
- Fry chicken in oil until golden brown and cooked through.
- Toast the bread slices.
- Spread ranch dressing on each slice of bread.
- Add shredded lettuce and tomato slices.
- Place the fried chicken on top and close the sandwich.
- Cut in half and serve.

- Use whole wheat bread for a healthier option.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- You can grill the chicken instead of frying.
