- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 8 large tortillas
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and parsley.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly on each tortilla.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
- Slice into pieces and serve warm.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include jalapenos in the filling.
- These can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
