Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup grapes, halved

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bread

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, grapes, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken salad mixture evenly on two slices of bread.
  4. Top with remaining bread slices.
  5. Cut sandwiches in half and serve.
