- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup grapes, halved
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of bread
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, grapes, and lemon juice.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the chicken salad mixture evenly on two slices of bread.
- Top with remaining bread slices.
- Cut sandwiches in half and serve.
