Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced beets, celery, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix horseradish sauce and mayonnaise.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
