- 1 cup blueberries

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, blueberries, celery, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken mixture.
- Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
