Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, bok choy, carrots, green onions, bell pepper, and almonds.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
