- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken and steamed broccoli.
- Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix well.
- Stir in diced celery and red onion.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve on a bed of lettuce or as a sandwich filling.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
