- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken and broccoli.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice.
- Add the dressing to the chicken and broccoli mixture.
- Stir in red onion and almonds.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
