Ingredients

  • 1 cup carrots, grated

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, grated carrots, chopped celery, and diced red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, honey, and lemon juice.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture.
  4. Stir until well combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
