Chicken Salad with Cherries: 5 Ways to Delight Your Tastebuds

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cherries, celery, and red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  3. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken mixture.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Toss everything until well combined.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
