- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups Chinese cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
- 1/4 cup sesame dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, Chinese cabbage, carrots, and green onions.
- Add the sesame dressing and mix well.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve chilled.

- Try adding cucumbers for extra crunch.
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
