Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cranberries, apricots, walnuts, and celery.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
