Ingredients

  • 1 cup fennel, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, fennel, celery, and red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
