Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, grapefruit segments, celery, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt and honey.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
