- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the kale and olive oil.
- Massage the kale for a few minutes until it softens.
- Add the shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss everything together until well mixed.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
