Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sliced mushrooms, and chopped rosemary.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

- Serve on a bed of lettuce.
- This salad can be made a day ahead.
