Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken and sliced mushrooms.
- Add mayonnaise, thyme, celery, and red onion.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Serve on a bed of greens or in a sandwich.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
