- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, papaya, celery, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise and lime juice.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken mixture and toss well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
