Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed greens

  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Grill chicken skewers until cooked through.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, sesame oil, and water to make the dressing.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, bell peppers, cucumber, red onion, and carrots.
  4. Add sliced chicken on top of the salad.
  5. Drizzle the peanut dressing over the salad.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Toss gently and serve immediately.
