- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Pound the chicken fillets until thin.
- Season the flour with salt and pepper.
- Dip each chicken fillet in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

- Pair with a side salad.
