Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pita bread or wraps for serving
- Fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce) for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the bowl and coat well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the chicken thinly.
- Serve in pita bread or wraps with fresh vegetables.
Notes
- Marinating overnight enhances flavor.
- Serve with tahini sauce or garlic sauce for extra taste.
- Can substitute chicken with beef or lamb.
