Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken to the bowl and coat well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  5. Remove chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Slice the chicken thinly.
  7. Serve in pita bread or wraps with fresh vegetables.
