Instructions
- In a bowl, mix garlic, spices, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs and coat well. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- Serve in pita bread with tahini sauce and fresh vegetables.
