- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup tahini sauce
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Warm pita breads in a pan or microwave.
- Place cooked chicken in pita breads.
- Add lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and tahini sauce.
- Wrap the pita and serve warm.

- Adjust spices to taste.
- Use grilled or roasted chicken for a different flavor.
- Can add pickles for extra crunch.
