Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
- Serve hot.

- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
